At NeedleImpressions.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide refunds for defective pieces only. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately.

To initiate a refund for a defective item:

  • Provide your order number, details of the defect, and include pictures if possible.
  • Once we verify the defect, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, you must claim the exchange within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving your order.
